Wednesday, January 6, 2010 - This morning at 1000 hrs the Anacostia Fire Department took part in an ice water rescue drill with the special operations division. Rescue 3 and Engine 15 along with Rescue 1 went downtown to brush up on their ice sled and throw bag skills. Companies also just practiced moving around on the ice utilizing ice picks. Good job by all companies.
